TTBS utilizes a program called “SuiteDash” for the sharing and uploading of client data. Click the button below to access the SuiteDash Login Page and find helpful troubleshooting tips down below.

How to Access Shared Files:
After logging into your Client Portal, you will land on your Dashboard. There will be a list of tabs on the left-hand side of your screen under your name. Click on ‘Files’ and the folder ‘Shared with Me’. You can open any of the available folders to view what we have uploaded to your Client Portal. Do not be afraid to browse and click around!
How to Upload Files:
After logging into your Client Portal, you will land on your Dashboard. There will be a list of tabs on the left-hand side of your screen under your name. Click on ‘Files’ and the folder ‘Client – Please upload your data to this folder’. Above the word, ‘Name’, you will see a button that says, ‘Upload Files’. Click on that button and from there, follow the prompts to upload files directly to your Client Portal from your computer. SuiteDash will accept any type of file; however, we prefer that you ONLY upload *.pdf or *.xls; or *.docx files. When uploading files, please make sure that you allow sufficient time for the files to fully upload before closing out of SuiteDash.
Still Having Problems with SuiteDash?
From time to time, you will receive an error message when trying to access or upload a file. We suggest that you close out of SuiteDash and come back at a later time. If you are still experiencing problems after 48 hours, please contact our office for assistance.
